Following my time with Skills.net at the State Library of Victoria, being a tourist on a government wage and traveling all over the state, meeting people and showing them how to access and use the World Wide Web, I settled down for a short while as a community trainer working with seniors, single mums, disadvantaged, unemployed, and refugees. They were all lovely people to work with.
If there is one book I would have like to taught to them, and anyone over the age of 16 years, it is this one. Because sooner or later you will have to deal with government and govt. paperwork; and working through this book gives you an idea of what to expect.
My ownership of some of the other books goes back to my days as a trainee working for ABC Radio, because trying to push paperwork through a public service system is like trying to pick a miscreant sesame seed from a kilo tin of honey...
